Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pixibeauty Store, we approach your satisfaction with the same precision and care we apply to our science-backed skincare and makeup formulations. We understand that finding the perfect products for your beauty routine is essential, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened skincare products (Cleansers, Antioxidants, Brighteners, etc.)
- Used makeup items (Blush, Bronzer, Face Palette, etc.)
- Opened Eye Care products (Eye Patches, Eye Brightener, etc.)
- Personal care items where the seal has been broken
These restrictions help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, ensuring all our customers receive products that meet our luxury quality standards.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Email our beauty advisors at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference: refund or exchange
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Securely package your items including:
- The product in its original packaging
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Upon approval of your return:
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. Please indicate in your email:
- The product you’d like to exchange
- The replacement product you prefer
- Any color or formula preferences for your exchange
If the exchange item has a different price, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.

International Returns
