Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened skincare products (Cleansers, Antioxidants, Brighteners, etc.)
- Used makeup items (Blush, Bronzer, Face Palette, etc.)
- Opened Eye Care products (Eye Patches, Eye Brightener, etc.)
- Personal care items where the seal has been broken

Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Your full name and order number
- Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference: refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items including:
- The product in its original packaging
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Upon approval of your return:

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
